As a luxury Realtor, sports and entertainment entrepreneur, and master networker, Jordan Stuart is consistently ranked as one of the top Washingon D.C.-area agents. He fell hard for real estate right out of college when he bought his first home and found himself enjoying the buying process. Even though he had a busy job in corporate America, he got licensed and did real estate on the side. This was more than a decade ago, before technology had transformed the way people search for homes. He saw how his access to the MLS could help friends and family and loved the role of trusted adviser.
In 2014, he left the corporate world for full-time real estate at a boutique D.C.-area agency. Then he moved to Compass for a couple years before joining forces with KW Capital Properties in May 2018 where he would go on to be the No. 1 agent in the market while serving some of Washington D.C.’s most famous faces – Stanley Cup Champion Washington Capitals’ winger Jakub Vrana and head coach Todd Reirden; D.C. United’s majority owner Jason Levien and captain Wayne Rooney; as well as Baltimore Ravens’ safety Tony Jefferson. Stuart’s single-month individual closed volume toggles between $3 million and $5 million, and in 2019, he closed over $23 million.

The success is good, but above all, Stuart values relationships. As a person and business owner, he felt reciprocal respect from Keller Williams that was missing at his previous brokerage.
“I have been fascinated by the Keller Williams model and I am reaping the rewards of being a true business owner. This is a worldwide company that gives agents the power to be their own brand. I value loyalty and relationships more than anything. Keller Williams has that same mission and vision, and it’s evident in everything the company does to support us.”
Because Keller Williams is privately funded and is emphatic about helping agents create and grow businesses worth owning, Stuart can brand and build his business however he sees fit. That’s what he’s loving about his partnership with KW.
“This is a worldwide company that gives agents the power to be their own brand.”
“The company is an international powerhouse. With 180,000-plus associates who share best practices from all over the world, there’s no end to the creativity possible here and in the real estate business.”
In addition to topping the charts each month as a solo agent, Stuart is the CEO of Next Move Network, a collaboration of national agents managing the special housing needs of athletes and entertainers, and executive director of the KWCP Sports and Entertainment Division. All of his endeavors are notably marked by strong personal relationships.
“The more transactions you do, the more relationships you make, which is what it’s all about.” He adds, “If you understand the relationship piece, you’re going to be successful forever.”
Exciting stuff and another great network of agents making a positive impression in the marketplace 😎
