What led Tushar Vakhariya to Keller Williams is a common refrain expressed by many other agents on the move: He wanted to join a company that could help sustain his business’s success. A top-performing owner in a Birmingham RE/MAX office, Vakhariya had earned a Lifetime Achievement Award, consecutive Diamond Award Club recognitions and acknowledgment for being the No. 1 associate in Michigan for three consecutive years. In 2016 alone, Vakhariya secured $45 million in sales. But eventually, he realized that his rapid growth needed additional support, particularly in the areas of innovation and technology.
