For nearly 20 years, the Edie Israel team has been a mainstay in North Orange County, California. They live and breathe by their motto–Driven to Deliver–and have executed on that promise for countless satisfied clients through the decades. A quick look at their online reviews shows hundreds of people singing their 5-star praises. With approximately $500 million in production since 2010, they’ve consistently ranked as one of Coldwell Banker’s top teams. And in 2020, they sold more than $71 million in volume.
Looking to fine-tune their day-to-day productivity in response to the changing industry, the Edie Israel Team, which consists of Edie, her husband, John, and business partner, Jim Allen, made the move to Keller Williams. “I’ve been fortunate to have friends in Keller Williams. Over the years, I was able to observe the positive culture, participate in some of the training, and see firsthand the value the company offers to agents and teams.”
Edie, who has embraced the team concept since she started in real estate nearly 20 years ago, says one of their top goals is to further leverage the team model. “We’ve just added three new agents. Now, we want to leverage our marketing and lead generation to have a mutually beneficial relationship with them in terms of helping them grow their businesses and them helping us grow ours.”
She adds, “There are a lot of moving pieces to real estate. A productive team allows each individual to focus on what they’re good at, what they enjoy the most, to create a whole transaction. With Keller Williams’ business model, we’re eager to grow and expand our services so we can provide more great resources and support for our clients.” Allen offers, “It’s nice when you have the synergy of a team. Our core group has been together about 20 years and we’re able to gravitate to what each other does best. There’s some overlap, but we learn from each other.”
The team is well known for their philanthropic involvement. They are deeply rooted in the community and have served at their church, the local chamber, state and city meetings, the annual prayer breakfast, and the women’s club and other social groups.
They’re excited about opening a brand-new office in the Yorba Ranch Village Shopping Center in Yorba Linda, which positions them to serve their clientele even better. “We love this location,” says Edie. “We’re surrounded by other great businesses, and people visit here for great food and other awesome products. Now they can come here for incredible real estate services, too!”
Jim concludes, “We’ve always had over-the-top service. That’s what sets us apart, because it isn’t about us, it’s about the client. Partnering with Keller Williams gives us the tools to continue to excel.”
