The Charles Chacon Team

Three years ago, Charles Chacon was preparing to retire from a very successful career in real estate, when his son, CJ Chacon, asked to join his business. He had never considered the prospect of building a legacy with his family and the opportunity was too great to pass up. The pair worked together diligently – Charles passing over his real estate experience to his son. Then, his broker announced they’d be leaving RE/MAX, the company Chacon had been affiliated with for three decades.

The change couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. Charles knew they needed something new – a company at the cutting edge of technology, and one that was built on world-class training to guide his team, which now encompassed his son and son-in-law, Brian Ash. After interviewing several other brokerages, he found Keller Williams “head and shoulders above the others” in both areas.

“We chose Keller Williams because of its good reputation among our friends and associates. It has a power-packed roster of top-producing agents, so we figured they must be doing something right to have attracted so much talent,” Chacon says.

“I am a big believer that your environment has a lot to do with your personal success. With so many opportunities to train and learn new information and skills, I can’t help but think that we will grow as a result.”

His team builds success on Charles’ real estate experience, CJ’s background in marketing, and Brian’s accounting career. Soon, a second son will join the real estate team.

“The blend of youth and experience allows us to properly serve all our clients,” Chacon says.

Since joining Keller Williams, the company has exceeded their expectations.

“We’ve really been impressed with the hardworking agents that also call KW Corona their home,” Chacon says. “Additionally, there is amazing support staff. Everyone seems willing to share ideas and success stories. I am confident we will learn a lot from adding all these wonderful people to our network.”
