Keller Williams has 88 top real estate teams and agents ranked in the 2021 RealTrends’ “The Thousand,” an annual list of the most successful real estate professionals in the United States, developed by RealTrends and HW Media.
Designees on the RealTrends ‘The Thousand’ ranking are recognized as the top one-tenth of 1% of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors nationwide.
The list features 77 Keller Williams agent teams in its ranking of real estate teams by transaction sides and more “large” and “mega” real estate teams than any other singular brokerage or franchise brand. Collectively, those Keller Williams teams closed 37,600 transaction sides in 2020. Additionally outpacing any other singular brokerage or franchise brand, KW’s 14 “mega” real estate teams by sales volume featured on the list handled more than $8.3 billion in sales.
The 2021 report also features 28 individual agents and agent teams in its Top 250 list of teams by sales volume closing $11.2 billion in sales.

New: In addition to individuals by sides and volume, the list segmented teams by the number of Realtors they have on their teams. The new categories, small (2-5 licensed members), medium (5-10), large (11-20), and mega (21+) teams, are now ranked within their own categories.
