Keller Williams, the world’s largest real estate technology franchise by agent count and the U.S. leader in units and sales volume, has more agent teams ranked by closed transactions and sales volume than any other individual brand in the 2019 REAL Trends’ “The Thousand,” an annual list of the most successful real estate professionals in U.S.
The REAL Trends “The Thousand” features 86 Keller Williams’ agent teams in its Top 250 ranking of real estate teams by transaction sides, representing 34.3% of the total ranking. Collectively, those Keller Williams teams closed 49,429 transactions in 2018.

list of teams by sales volume. These teams closed $10.6 billion in sales.

The
2019 REAL Trends’ “The Thousand,” which is advertised in The Wall
Street Journal, is a ranking of all agents across the U.S. and is broken
down into four categories ranking the top 250 individuals by transaction sides,
individuals by sales volume, teams by transaction sides, and teams by sales
volume.
