In 2025, Keller Williams announced a flagship enterprise relationship with Canva. The decision to deliver a best-in-class, AI-powered design platform, including agent branding and seamless listing data integration, gives KW® agents a massive competitive advantage. By continuously co-creating exclusive new features with Canva’s team, KW demonstrates its commitment to innovation and empowering agents to grow their businesses through world-class technology.
The Easy Button for Real Estate Marketing
In June of 2025, Keller Williams announced it had established a flagship enterprise relationship with Canva, the all-in-one visual communication platform. The decision to provide enterprise-level Canva access to KW® associates came as a welcome announcement and followed a deep assessment of agent needs, currently available solutions, and the potential for platform customization and innovation over time.
Chief Technology and Digital Officer Chris Cox and KW LABS Executive Director David Voorhees were instrumental in searching for the right design partner and bringing Canva onboard.
Tool Tip: Magic Eraser
You can make your property flyers more visually appealing in minutes with Magic Eraser. The tool can be a major time-saver for deleting unwanted objects from photos, like cars and signage, with just one click; no advanced editing skills required.
“We wake up every day and think about how we can provide agents with the best tools, resources, and training to make their job easier and give them back the two most important things anyone could ask for: time and money,” David says.
Because an agent’s resources should be spent on providing value to their clients and building their businesses, David says it was paramount to find a design solution that would make creating professional-looking marketing materials easy and efficient, even for a new user.
Canva’s creative ecosystem includes drag-and-drop design tools and templates, brand kits, video and photo editing capabilities, and AI features that let users generate copy and quickly create presentations, social posts, documents, and other visual content — no design experience required.*
“This is the easy button for a real estate agent to look like a marketing professional without having to be one,” David says.
But the choice to enter into a relationship went beyond Canva’s world-class design technology, he explains; KW and Canva share important business values. “Both of our companies are deeply rooted in education and our company cultures are similar.” That understanding laid a foundation for ongoing collaboration and innovation, including solutions developed uniquely for KW.
Widespread Adoption of Canva Across KW
Encouraging adoption of new technology is often an uphill battle. But when it came to introducing Canva to the KW community, David says the platform was met with open arms. “From an adoption and utilization perspective, we’re way outpacing the rest of our industry,” he says.
Tool Tip: Magic Edit
Instead of physically visiting a property to stage it for new photos, you can use Magic Edit to virtually add furniture, remove objects, or even turn a cloudy sky into a sunny one.
After only 90 days, KW had more than 50,000 active Canva users who had already collectively published nearly half a million designs. That’s a clear testament to ease of use and the ready integration of Canva into agents’ daily workflows.
Canva Marketing AI Lead Jackie Hill says that the power of Canva for real estate agents is being able to build an end-to-end marketing workflow within one platform and produce professional-quality assets at speed.
Canva’s Brand Kit feature, a centralized library for logos, color palettes, fonts, images, and graphics, is core to that functionality. “KW has done an incredible job setting up a Brand Kit that’s world-class,” allowing users to produce on-brand content from the get-go. “You don’t have to be a design professional to make assets that feel like they’ve been made by a marketing agency.”
“If you were trying to do this on your own, it would take you way longer,” says Canva B2B Communications Lead Ali Rae Hunt. She says the time saved designing “helps free you up for everything else that you need to do in your day,” like generating leads, negotiating transactions, and connecting with clients in person.
But when you are out and about, Jackie says it’s easy to produce assets on the go. “Our mobile experience is exactly like our desktop experience,” she says. That’s a major benefit for a profession that demands more time outside of the office than in it.
Seamless Marketing Workflows for KW® Agents
Collaboration between KW and Canva on the back end of the platform is evident in the differences between the “off the shelf” version of Canva and the one KW® agents have access to. Core features include KW Command® connectivity, a KW Brand Kit, and direct integration with an agent’s listing data already available in KW Command. And agents don’t have to pay for or manage a separate subscription; Canva enterprise access is automatically included in a Market Center’s tech fees.
Tool Tip: Magic Video
Agents who embrace video will be well-served with Canva’s new video editing tool. With the faster, more intuitive video editor, you can edit high-quality videos to work across social platforms and use the tool to find and cut together your video’s best moments, saving time and making your videos more engaging.
KW Command® connectivity makes it easy for agents to pull their logos, headshots, and contact information directly into their Canva profile, along with listing data. When it comes to listing data integration, David says, “All of an agent’s listing images, pictures, and information available in KW Command can be imported into Canva, so the agent doesn’t have to upload them separately.”
“Being able to connect property details that an agent already has available in KW Command across to an agent’s Canva design is an incredible benefit,” Jackie says.
Canva’s AI tools, like Magic Eraser and Magic Write, can then be used to enhance listing visuals and copy, and easily modify content for different applications. Users can readily generate fresh written content for print, web, or social media, and resize images and videos to work across platforms. Jackie says AI is built natively into the experience and many AI features are “one-click” tools.
KW® agents are also using features like the QR Code Generator and Canva’s seamless digital-to-print workflows, which are built right into the platform.
KW x Canva: Ongoing Collaboration and Innovation
Once a user feels comfortable in Canva, the next step is learning to leverage more advanced design and content features.
Tool Tip: Enhance Voice
Capturing clear audio can be tricky. Canva Enhance Voice can boost the spoken audio clarity in your recordings to ensure your commentary is clear and easy to understand.
Jackie acknowledges that while it’s easy to get started using Canva, some users may feel intimidated by the wide array of available tools — and the fast pace of change in the digital domain. When it comes to learning advanced tools, she counsels, “Allow yourself some grace while you’re trying to learn.” Focus first on the tools that can help you most, and add to your skill set over time.
Super users will be glad to know that exclusive new features for KW® agents are already in the works behind the scenes. That collaborative innovation is one of David’s favorite things about working with the Canva team. “There’s a commitment on both sides to co-create new experiences for KW® agents within Canva that don’t yet exist today.” It’s a win-win for both companies.
By treating Canva not as a standalone product but as a strategic extension of its platform, Keller Williams reinforces its role as a technology leader, delivering innovation that translates directly into agent productivity, brand strength, and long-term business growth.
