KW Wrapped: Milestones Driving Real Estate Success in 2025

December 15, 2025

In 2025, Keller Williams took a giant leap forward by establishing a strategic partnership with private equity firm Stone Point Capital, setting the stage for future growth. But the partnership was just one event in a year of major milestones, including record-breaking podcast downloads, new leadership appointments, a breakthrough book title, unprecedented international growth, and more. Read on to find out all the ways Keller Williams put agents at the center of business in 2025.

Future-Ready Investment

In March, Keller Williams announced a strategic partnership with private equity firm Stone Point Capital. With the firm’s deep experience in real estate and technology, the deal brings “smart money” to KW, including the insight of Stone Point chairman and CEO Chuck Davis.

An accomplished investor and real estate expert, Chuck explained the extensive due diligence the firm undertook before investing, calling KW “the best company” in the real estate sector. Following the announcement, Chris Czarnecki joined KW as CEO along with Tim Dieffenbacher as CFO, while Stacie Herron stepped into a new role as chief operating officer. The investment and key appointments position KW for a bright future and strategic growth at scale.

In April, The Millionaire Real Estate Agent Podcast (MREA) surpassed one million total downloads in fewer than 80 episodes. Host Jason Abrams expanded into a video version of the podcast later in the year, and HousingWire recognized MREA as the No. 1 best real estate podcast for agents and brokers. By late November, all podcasts within the Keller Podcast Network, including MREA, The ONE Thing, The Color of Money, Empire Building, and Market Update, had exceeded 1.5 million downloads and counting.

10k+ Reasons to Cheer

In May, Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate®, KSCORE®, announced that 10,000 of the program’s graduates had become KW® agents. By year’s end, another 1,000 graduates are expected to join KW® Market Centers across the country. KSCORE expanded into 35 states and enrolled more than 45,000 students in the state-approved pre-licensing curriculum available through the program in the U.S., while also expanding the continuing education (CE) offerings available through KSCORE and launching a CE subscription program, which includes CE courses by a state-approved provider. KSCORE is on track to enroll 110% more students in 2025 than 2024, and KSCORE grads are due to crest $4T in sales volume before the year comes to a close.

Win-Wins in Marketing

In June, KW announced its flagship enterprise relationship with Canva, an exciting development in providing KW® associates with cutting edge marketing and branding tools. Hundreds of customizable, KW-branded designs became available to associates in September, and adoption across the KW ecosystem was swift. In a few short months, more than a third of KW® associates were actively using Canva and had published upwards of 400,000 designs through the platform.

Canva made a splash at Mega Agent Camp in August, along with the announcement of the appointment of Sandra Howard as KWRI’s chief marketing officer. Sandra brings two decades of experience to KW’s marketing, branding, and communications initiatives, including award-winning work for Southwest Airlines, Burger King, and AT&T.

Major Moves in Media

The release of KellerINK’s Rookie Real Estate Agent was cause for celebration across KW. With more than a decade from conception to publication, the KellerINK team recognized there was no title in print that provided a roadmap for new agents to master the basics and launch a lasting career — so they wrote one. Officially released in September, Rookie had already sold 10,000 copies by mid-November — a huge win for any book of non-fiction in any category.

In addition to Rookie, KellerINK released the Spanish edition of The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, El Agente de Bienes Raíces Millonario, a joint effort among KellerINK and a committed group of KW® agents in the field who contributed to the translation. The book is one more step in KW’s larger goal of supporting Spanish-speaking entrepreneurs and their clients.

High Ranks and Recognition

By November, T3 Sixty had again recognized KW as the No. 1 real estate franchise in the U.S. by agent count, transaction sides, and sales volume. KW also made Glassdoor’s 2025 lists of Best-Led Companies and Best Places to Work, Newsweek’s list of America’s Most Admired Workplaces, Entrepreneur’s Top Global Franchises of 2025, and more than 30 other notable awards and rankings, including receiving major props by HousingWire as a leader in real estate technology. HousingWire’s Tech100 award recognizes the most innovative and impactful tech organizations in real estate, and noted KW’s commitment to aligning the proprietary KW Command® platform with the always-evolving needs of agents.

Yearlong Global Growth

KW Worldwide saw its footprint grow by an incredible seven regions in 2025, expanding into Cayman Islands, El Salvador, Hungary, North Macedonia, Qatar, Singapore, and Uzbekistan. KW® franchisees now operate in more than 60 regions across the globe. The KW Worldwide division also launched a redesigned website with expanded translation, providing even greater visibility to opportunities for international investors and real estate pros.

With Gary Keller’s Quantum Leap methodology at its center, the nonprofit hosted 175 educational events for nearly 2,000 attendees across the country. Now in its tenth year, KW Next Gen® has served more than 3,550 QL Summit attendees, helping the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs get clear on their purpose and pursue their mission.
