Keller Williams Realty, LLC is expanding across Central America. As momentum continues, KW has awarded a new master franchise in El Salvador.
“Building on our powerful global growth, we’re proud to announce the launch of KW El Salvador — our seventh master franchise in Central America,” said William E. Soteroff, president of Keller Williams Worldwide (KWW), the international division of KW. “Around the world, Keller Williams continues to be where entrepreneurs thrive and achieve new heights.”
Led by Regional Operating Principal Claudia Campos, the KW master franchise in El Salvador is currently initializing operations. In Q2’25, KW® El Salvador is expected to open its first market center.
A seasoned real estate leader with 35 years of experience, Campos has overseen residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Central America. She also holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

“After more than three decades in real estate, I’m proud to say that joining Keller Williams has reignited my passion,” said Campos. “The values, global models, and commitment to helping people achieve their dreams align perfectly with everything I believe in.”
“This is just the beginning of our journey with Keller Williams,” said Campos. “With innovation, collaboration, and a drive to streamline the housing market, we’re reshaping real estate in El Salvador, and the future looks brighter than ever.”
The brand’s other six regions include Belize, Costa Rica, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Panama. As of March 31, the brand has eight market centers and 622 agents across Central America.
“We are committed to partnering with exceptional leaders who can champion our culture on a global scale,” said Soteroff. “Claudia exemplifies the excellence and entrepreneurial spirit we seek in every market.”
As of March 31, KWW has 281 market centers (outside the U.S. and Canada) across more than 55 regions and 17,578 affiliated agents operating outside the U.S. and Canada.
