Every second Thursday of May, Keller Williams agents, leaders, and associates come together for a global day of service known as RED Day. Started in 2009 in celebration of KW board member Mo Anderson’s birthday, the tradition is a time to Renew, Energize, and Donate. This year, the Keller Williams community took these pillars to heart, with a variety of projects taking place across the globe.
“We see our culture as the core differentiator to everything we do,” says kwx CEO Carl Liebert. “And, RED Day marks a singular moment each year where we pause and amplify the core beliefs we live out every day through service in our communities.”

KWRI
This year, the KWRI HQ gang gingerly grabbed their protective gloves and trash bags and committed to cleaning up Austin’s parks. With multiple teams dispersed throughout the city, no stone was left unturned. In addition to parks, associates devoted their time to the Round Rock Area Serving Center, which supports families in crisis, and the Austin Humane Society, a non-profit pet adoption center. Habitat for Humanity and the Zilker Botanical Garden were also served by in-person teams, while those choosing to stay remote wrote letters of care for community members who share the KW culture of care and giving.
