Take Advantage of Mega Breakouts

One of the most exciting additions to the Family Reunion 2022 agenda are Mega Breakouts: five hours of top-quality, continuous content based on the roles of solo agent, individual agent with admin, teams, expansion teams, and leadership. To get the most out of these sessions, head of industry Jason Abrams advises you come prepared with the answer to one question: What do you REALLY need to accomplish? “We’re going to meet each and every one of you exactly where you need to be, and give you exactly what you want to know in your business,” he shares. “Five hours chock-full of the greatest information, taught by the people who are achieving at the highest level within the core disciplines that you need most.”

Build Out Your Dream Agenda

The much-anticipated agenda is out, and jam-packed with can’t-miss sessions. Classics include Gary Keller’s Vision Speech, which dives into the status of the real estate market, and Mo Anderson’s Inspirational Morning, an uplifting session where inspiring stories from around the world remind you why you do what you do every day. This year’s keynote speaker, “The Happiness Advantage” author Shawn Achor, will be taking the stage to offer a master class on how to be happier. And, additional breakout sessions – including the first-ever Spanish language session – will pique your interest with topics ranging from technology to wealth building, physical and mental health, and working with family. The vendor hall will also be open for browsing, complete with a tech booth, KW MAPS representatives, and a peek into the world of Keller Williams’ various segments. Whether you are in Orlando or at home, pencil some time in to tour the hall!

If you are attending the event in person, build your dream agenda by downloading the KW Events app (available for both iOS and Android), and adding a heart next to the sessions that speak to your needs. You can never highlight too many breakouts! For those attending digitally, log in to the platform to highlight your preferred sessions. Too many to pick from? Don’t forget – both in-person and virtual attendees will have access to all sessions for 60 days following the event.

Put Your Networking Plan in Place

In-person attendees will be able to reconnect with old friends and create new memories – whether it be in breakout sessions, at Red Bash, or any of the many meetups taking place in sunny Orlando. But Family Reunion 2022 is a reunion for the ENTIRE family, and growing your referral network is a borderless endeavor. If you are attending virtually, make sure your profile is public, therefore easily discoverable for other agents. Connect with people from all over the globe by filling out your information, choosing your desired communication settings based on level of comfort, and sharing a warm, inviting profile photo. Within the platform, interact with fellow attendees by making sure you are engaging in the chat feature, and have fun with emojis! On social media, show your Family Reunion spirit and connect with peers through the #KWFR22 hashtag!

Get the Most Out of Your Content

During the event, the platform’s sticky video player allows you to keep up with what’s happening on the main stage by staying at the bottom of your screen; even if you leave your virtual room. This feature allows you to move freely throughout the platform and always be prepared for the next session – no FOMO in sight. The notes feature will allow you to jot down any aha’s or action items in real time.

Stay Safe

For on-site attendees, safety will be a top priority. Upon arrival, a vaccination record or negative COVID test taken within the last 72 hours will be required for entry into the venue. Free tests will be available on-site. Any indoor events and group transportation options will require face coverings, and hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue, while masks can be acquired at the customer service desk. For attendees’ confort, three color-coded lanyard options will be provided:

  • Red: participating from a distance, please keep 6 feet apart
  • Yellow: a moderate level of comfort, with elbow-only contact being OK
  • Green: welcoming high-fives and handshakes
