Since rejoining Keller Williams in January 2018, Veronica Seva Gonzalez says she’s finally home. Seva Gonzalez, who had previously been with KW for eight years, left for Lindsay Reishman Real Estate, which eventually merged with Compass. But the top-producing Washington D.C.-area agent from Spain was experiencing pretty static sales and was particularly interested in growing a team and expanding globally. And, even though Compass aims to be technology-focused, Seva Gonzalez says she was enticed by the headlines Keller Williams was making with their tech strategy and product introductions.

“I know he knows the market really well, and I couldn’t think of anybody better to work on new technology than Gary Keller,” Seva Gonzalez says. “I just think it’s going to make our world much easier. We’re going to work much faster, and we’re going to be able to work for our clients so much better and more efficiently.”
Seva Gonzalez has been impressed with how much Keller Williams has grown internationally during the five years she was gone. She’s already seeing a lot of movement with overseas connections and referrals, whereas Compass had no global reach. “I have contacts now all over the world,” she says. “To me, that’s amazing.” And she’s even aiming to teach associates abroad “so that they have the same opportunities that we’re having.”
In addition to expanding beyond the United States, Seva Gonzalez says she can easily put into practice the Keller Williams models to grow her team, and this in addition to training and technology are helping her delegate more so that she can be with her three children – ages 7, 4 and 2 – every day from 2:30 to 8:30. “It feels like a family to me,” Seva Gonzalez adds. “I think at Compass everybody was more individual. [Here,] it’s more about being a team.”
