Ryan Swearingen

Leaving Keller Williams for a short season was all part of a growing process that Ryan Swearingen appreciates now. After a year and a half at Keller Williams Realty Elite in Bonita Springs, Florida, he did a six-month-stint at Compass, and returned to Keller Williams this summer. A lot of learning took place in that 360-degree turn.

When he got into real estate about two and a half years ago, Swearingen was intentional about which company he chose. His aunt, also a Realtor, recommended joining Keller Williams for the training, education, and coaching so he could launch well into his new career. Within his first year at KW, he achieved Top 40 in his market center and closed about 30 transactions.

Swearingen is an avid cold caller, making 20 calls a day, every day. In his relatively short career, he’s built a massive database. And, though he admired and respected his fellow team members, he felt a tug to go out on his own, so he moved to Compass. After six months of stagnant business, he yearned for the culture of support he experienced at Keller Williams.

“Keller Williams has always about helping agents grow their own businesses for the changing times, so much so that they’ve built Command platform to help make that happen,” he says. “They invest in their agents wholeheartedly.”

It’s been four months since Swearingen’s return and his production is already up. He’s regained all the necessities needed to grow a bigger business (a command center, desk, private office) and the constant support of well-wishing colleagues who want the best for him.

“It feels good to be back home and know that my business is growing. I’ve never been happier.”
